AVOCADO (fat and oil)
NO OILS WHATSOEVER, ESPECIALLY OLIVE OIL
(you'll get your omegas from the flax meal)
NO SALAD DRESSINGS
NO SWEET FRUIT
(including apples, pears, bananas, raisins, etc.)
NO COCONUTS OR COCONUT JUICE
NO MAPLE SYRUP, MOLASSES OR HONEY
NO NUTS OR NUT BUTTERS
(you'll get your protein from your greens)
NO PASTAS OR GRAINS
NO CARROTS, PARSNIPS, POTATOES, BEETS
NO SQUASHES, YAMS
NO ONIONS OR LEEKS (explained later)
AND OBVIOUSLY, IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN IN YOUR HEAD:
NO FISH, MEAT, DAIRY, POULTRY OR EGGS
all of which have high amounts of hormones / steroids / growth stimulants / antibiotics / medicines / tranquilizers / preservatives / pesticides / chemicals / toxins / etc.
Animals either ingest (as in fish or shellfish filtering polluted water, or as in cows eating polluted grass) or get injected with, these poisons. Then you eat the animals. Where do you think the poisons wind up?
Additionally, I suggest that you begin to consider the ethical ramifications of killing and eating animals, and putting all that material into your body.
