MY SUPER-CLEANSE!

A Cleansing/Detoxification/Fasting Program

Key Products

Obviously, to Participate in a Juice Cleanse/Detox/Fast, You're Going to Need a Juicer!

There is a difference between a 'juicer' and a 'blender.'
A juicer extracts, and gives you, only the juice.
A blender, 'chops' up all of the item and gives you the
juice plus the fibre. In a juice fast, you only want the liquid!

TO DO THE JOB RIGHT...  You need a stainless steel, twin auger juicer with a low rpm.

Juicers which run at an rpm (revolutions per minute) of higher than 120 can overheat the food and destroy valuable nutrients.

                                Here's My Juicer!

Green Star Juice Extractors and Food Processors are award-winning machines of unsurpassed quality. They use an Exclusive Heavy Duty Twin Gear technology and a low 110 rpm. If you want the best, the Green Star is a notch above the competition. There is no need to look elsewhere. The Green Star GS-1000 is a high-end juicer.

Cutting points permit a wider variety of produce without jamming or clogging, as is the case with most other juicers.
Special pocket recesses aid in processing hard vegetables like carrots by creating a sharper edge at the initial grinding phase.
A special pressure adjustment mechanism, lets you adjust the amount of pressure without having to stop juicing.

                     Get a Rebounder!
(sometimes referred to as a mini-trampoline)

Moderate exercise is vitally important, but you don't want to exhaust yourself either. Rebounding on a mini-trampoline is highly recommended during a detoxification program. Gentle rebounding enhances movement of your lymphatic fluid, which carries toxins to your liver. Joint rotation, moving your arms and legs around, also contributes to lymphatic stimulation. Your lymphatic system is actually quite larger than your "blood" system. Unlike your circulatory system, which has a heart to actively pump it's blood, your lymphatic system has no pump to pump it's fluid. It depends SOLELY on your body movement to shift the lymphatic fluid throughout your body. Bottom line?... couch potatoes are full of toxins. Move your lymphatic fluid, increase your oxygen intake, stimulate cell excretion, release tension and stress... all through daily exercise and deep breathing. YOU HAVE TO MOVE YOUR BODY TO MOVE THE TOXINS!

Proper Dental Hygiene is Vital to Good Health and Well-Being.

There is ample scientific proof showing the connection between oral health and numerous life-threatening diseases including heart and lung disease, stroke and diabetes.

The Hydro Floss® Oral Irrigator gives a pulsating stream of water which dislodges food particles better than brushing, aids in diminishing plaque, and gently massages your gum line. Keeping your gums healthy directly affects the rest of your body.

The Hydro Floss® will be a good investment for the entire family.

Ps. My dentist recommends adding an 8% solution of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to the Hydro Floss® water container.

Ps. On their website, ignore the suggestion that you use fluoride picks or tooth paste. They don't know what they are talking about. If you want some truth about fluoride see my webpage about Fluoridation.

Either Purchase, or Find a Place Where You Can Have Daily Use of, a Dry Infrared Sauna.

Your skin your largest eliminative organ. As you detoxify, your body will continuously discharge toxins through your skin. Saunas enable you to increase this toxic discharge by "sweating" the poisons out of your body. Any toxins taken out of your body via sweat will ease the burden on your liver and kidneys. Exercise sweating is not a substitute for using saunas. Sweating during exercise does not product the same result as sitting in a dry sauna. Taking advantage of far infrared saunas to speed the eliminative process and advance your overall cleansing program. Dr. Jeffrey S. McCombs, in his book Lifeforce, states simply: "DON'T DO THE DIET, IF YOU DON'T DO THE SWEATING!" Dry saunas are vital to the detoxification process.

[note: Steam rooms, steam baths, hot showers and hot tubs should also not be a substitute for far infrared saunas. All of these are bad because the steam comes from tap water containing chemicals. Whatever toxins your body releases through perspiration also goes into the steam. Then you inhale the steam and reabsorb the toxins. I don't recommend swimming pools for the same reason. There is nothing like dunking your largest eliminative organ (your skin) in a swimming pool full of chemicals. Also, unlike steam units, dry saunas are less likely to develop mold and fungus.]

During detoxification, I would try to spend a minimum of 45 minutes a day in the sauna, six days per week.

Monitoring Your pH Levels Throughout the
           Program Gives You Valuable Feedback.

"The link between pH balance and disease has been recognized by physicians since the early twentieth century, and today, every medical physiology textbook discusses the extreme life-threatening forms of acid-base imbalance."  -  The Acid Alkaline Food Guide, Dr. Susan E. Brown and Larry Trivieri, Jr.

The pH measurement enables us to determine whether our bodies are in a state of acid-alkaline balance. pH is measured on a scale of 0 to 14, with a measurement of 7 being 'neutral.' Measurements below 7 are considered acidic, and measurements above 7 are considered alkaline. A slightly alkaline, oxygen-rich arterial blood pH reading of 7.365 to 7.45 is necessary for the body to remain healthy.

pH test strips such as the ones picture here are somewhat subject to imprecise readings. They are however, good enough for the kind of work we are doing here. Should you want more precise measurements, a pH meter is a great tool to have.

A good website to visit to find out more about pH is the site of Dr. Robert O. and Shelley Young.  phmiracleliving.com
