Eat 45% of your food from Group 1
Non-Starchy Vegetables, Sea Vegetables, Cultured Vegetables and Herbs:
Ok to combine with groups 2(c), 3, 4(ab) or 6 at the same meal.
Do not combine with food groups 2(ab) or 5(b) at the same meal.



Eat 35% of your food from Group 2
Group 2(a) - Apples:
Eat on an empty stomach. Do not combine with any other food group at the same meal. Eat exclusively.
Group 2(b) - Melons:
Eat on an empty stomach. Do not combine with any other food group at the same meal. Eat exclusively.
Group 2(c) - Berries and Any Fruits Except Apples or Melons:
Eat on an empty stomach. Ok to combine with Group 1 at the same meal, but no other groups.

Price Code Numbers STARTING WITH:
8  indicates a fruit which has been genetically modified
4  indicates conventionally grown fruits (with a four digit code)
9  indicates organically grown fruits (with a five digit code)
 

Eat 4% of your food from Group 3
Protein/Fats including Nuts and Seeds:
Eat nuts and seeds in moderation, too much can be acid forming. Do not combine two different types of protein at the same meal.
Ok to combine with Group 1 at the same meal. Do not combine with food groups 2, 4(ab), or 5(ab)at the same meal.
